Since we didn't get to go over my thesis in class, here it is: Shakespeare employs irony to convey the role of fate in his tragedies, Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, King Lear, and Macbeth.
Alright, now Kelly let me ask you before Ms. Hill does: What type of irony?
I know you can easily use irony but the type is what matters. Irony is specifically an easy topic to work on but the name is vague and can lead a writer to not focus on one type.
Are those the ONLY plays you are using or are you going to use more? If you are going to use more than those listed then you should adjust your thesis statement by adding "in tragedies like".
