Chapters 2 and 3

So I read these two chapters and I was like well isn't that quite interesting that they are not allowed to have only one person as their "mate" they should have more than one and that they can't be with one person for a long time when they are young because its seen as wrong. As well as  that they are brought up at a really young age to be very sexually activity, What do you guys think about that?

    When i was reading the chapters and came across this i was also surprised because it seems as if all the traditional values such as family, identity, and your relationships with others seem to be switched to mean the opposite...

      I agree there really is no family structure since they dont know what parents are

      It's interesting to me that their moral values are usually the exact opposite of ours. We might be surprised by their lifestyles, but to them our lifestyle is disgusting and shameful.

    Sometimes I think that it's cool because it prevents them from getting hurt and going through bad experiences but then I also think that it's a bad idea because they are not learning anything and therefore grow up without any sense of wisdom or knowledge.

      I agree its nice yet it doesnt seem that they learn from their experiences
